Halocarbon Gas Analysis

AGC Instruments will provide the complete analytical solution to analyse Impurities in the following Matrix Gases

             Carbon Tetraflouride (CF4)                                       or R14                Hexafluroethane (C2F8)                                                  or R116
 Carbon Octofluoropropane (C3F8)                                    or R14    Carbon Perfluorocyclobutane (C4F8)                                   or R318

 The following is a selection of possible impurities that can be expected:

H2, Ar/O2, N2, CH4, CO, CO2

Other impurities are also possible, depending on the sample gas.

Levels of Detection to ppb are reached using an AGC Instruments Gas Chromatograph.

Select from our Series 600 Laboratory Gas Chromatograph or the Series 100 19" Rack Gas Chromatograph to make analysis.
